The Adjustment Methods of Noodle cake Length:

When the speed of cutting blade rotation is constant, the length of dough belt is closely related to the running speed of the dough steamer network. The faster the steamer network runs, the greater the length of the noodle values, and vice versa. Speed of the dough steamer can be achieved by adjusting the output revolving speed of the roll motor.

Use of Single-layer Noodle Steamer:

Send the noodles which has been corrugated and divided to the steamer through the network belt. Make noodles gelatinized through heating of the steam, and fix the shape of the corrugated noodles. The quality of steamed dough is closely related to the quality of instant noodles and it can affect both the color of the instant noodle and its taste. Therefore, the gelatinization degree of noodles should be controlled well. Generally speaking, time of dough steaming and vapor pressure are proportional to the degree of gelatinization.
