FEATURES of Plastic Recycling Machine

• Paddle blades with increased cutting design allows good cutting effect.
• The cutters are made of imported high quality steel featuring wearability, high rigidity and reuse after sharpening.
• Equipped with presetting knife jig, rotating blades can be adjusted in the fixture outside the machine instead of machine inside. It makes blades adjustment much easier.
• Cooling water device at the rear plate of the cutting chamber can effectively cool down the cutting chamber and prevent materials from melting-up.
• Equipped with electrical current relay, motor overload protector and multiple safety devices, to ensure safe operation.
• Optional regrind conveying system to convey materials automatically to greatly improve efficiency.
• Optional dust cyclone separator can effectively remove the air from regrind and facilitates material collecting.

OG-FS series is suitable for centralized recycling of waste and rejected parts form injection, blowing molding and extrusion lines. This series features compact design, easy operation and quick blade replacement. Gradually inclined cutting and integrated power design offers a better cutting effect and a lower noise level, ensures low energy consumption.

The blower stands outside the machine. Without restriction of the inner space in the machine, customer can choose different kinds of blowers.

Belt Conveyor of Plastic Recycling Machine

Material feeding for traditional large granulators is quite a difficult matter. They are generally installed at a lower place or a platform must be built for material feeding. We have particularly designed the belt conveyor to easily convey the material into the cutting chamber of OG-FS sound-proof central granulators.

Material Side Feed Pipe of Plastic Recycling Machine

The design of feeding hopper of traditional granulators is not suitable for longer pipes and section bars. We have specially designed material side feed pipe for convenient feeding of long materials.

Paddle-shape blades are suitable for cutting soft plastic parts, the capacity varies from different models. Claw-shape blades cutters are suitable for cutting hard plastic parts, for same model, there are two types cutters. When choosing correct models, dimension and plastic type of the objects have to be provided. The cost of claw-shape blades is more than that of the paddle -shape blades granulators.

Installation Notice of Plastic Recycling Machine

1) Make sure voltage and frequency of the power source comply with those indicated on the nameplate, which is attached to the machine by the manufacturer.

2) Power cable and earth connections should comply with local regulations.

3) Use independent power cable and power switch. The cable's dia. should not be smaller than those applied in the control box.

4) The power cable connection terminals should be tightened securely.

5) This series adopts three-phase and four-wire power: L1, L2, L3 are connected to the fire wire while the PE line connected to the ground wire. (For special voltage, pls. Refer to specific connection.)

6) Power supply requirements:

Main power voltage: ±10%

Main power frequency: ±2%

Make at least 1 meter clearance around the machine to facilitate repair and maintenance.

Installation of Blade Rest Shaft of Plastic Recycling Machine

The blade rest shaft consists of blade rest and shaft. When installing, it’s necessary to clean up the blade rest and shaft first. There should not be any dust or sundries with the blade rest shaft. Otherwise, the blade rest and shaft might not fit with each other or even turn into scrap. After cleaning, put the blades on oil press. Then put the shaft into blade rest holes and keep the shaft vertical. Spread some lubricant on the shaft to smooth pressing it into the blade rest shaft when installing.
