PET strap, know as “plastic steel band”, which is widely applied to replace steel band for its safety, low cost an good performance. It’s a new environmentally friendly packaging material which has a promising future in the plastic packaging field. The PET straps is widely used in chemical fiber industry, cotton packaging, paper, brick kiln industry, tobacco industry, electronics, textiles and wood, steel industry, aluminum ingots and any other fields where it is needed.

• 100% recycled PET flakes can be used for production which greatly lower the material cost.
• PLC controls synchronously the working parameters of the extruder according to the running condition, material treatment, extrusion condition, stretching, annealing and winder units.
• All components can be controlled and monitored by PLC.
• High-advanced co-extrusion technology improve not only strap’s tensile strength but also the peel strength after welding.
• Three-dimensional folding oversize filter device with large extended area which is 30 times of the traditional filter, greatly improves the filter efficiency and straps quality.
• Honeycomb Rotor Dehumidifying Dryer with dew point of -50℃ ensures good drying effect of PET materials, thus to improve the tensile strength of the straps.
• Unique technology of twice stretching ensures the good stiffness and stable width of the straps.
• Double station winder ensures easy operation and convenient for changing strap lines from one to the other.
• Unique oven loop heating system adopts reciprocating method of wrapping which fully utilize the heat and greatly lower the power consumption, energy-saving is achieved.

Notes of Maintenance

1) Turn off the main switch and control switch and unplug the cord from power supply before service and maintenance.

2) Be sure not to modify electrical wiring or reassemble the electrical components inside of the control box.

3) Always refer to the electrical diagram of this manual to check and maintain the electrical wiring problems.

4) Service and maintenance of the electrical parts should only be carried out by qualified electricians.

2. Any incidents beyond human reasonable controls, which include man-made vicious or deliberate damages or abnormal power, and machine faults caused by irresistible natural disasters including fire, flood, storm and earthquake.

3. Any operational actions that are not authorized by ORSTE upon machine, including adding or replacing accessories, dismantling, delivering or repairing.

4. Employing consumables or oil media that are not appointed by ORSTE.
