General Introduction of PP Packing Strap Making Machine

PP Packing Strap Making Machine is specially designed for the production of PP Strapping bands with different width and thickness.

The production line can produce 2 - 8 PP Straps at the same time if choose different extruders models, in this way, the energy consumption is 20-50 % less than traditional strap making machine.

PLC Intelligent Controller by touching keys with Chinese & English language, which is safe and easy to operate that keeps good situation of all part while running, and ensures the stable performance of whole production line and continuous production of PP packing belt without stop.

1. Raw materials can be 100% recycled or recycled mixed with new material, proper rate of calcium carbonate can be added to reduce production cost, then to improve product profit.
2. Large capacity with maximum linear speed of 260 m/min.
3. High precision mold parts ensure stable width and thickness of straps which is better than the national standards; unique filter changing device greatly lower the filter changing time.
4. Three-dimensional folding oversize filter device with large extended area which is 30 times of the traditional filter, greatly improves the filter effeciency and straps quality.
5. Honeycomb Rotor Dehumidifying Dryer with dew point of -50℃ ensures good drying effect of PET materials, thus to improve the tensile strength of the straps.
6. Unique technology of twice strentching ensures the good stiffness and stable width of the straps.
7. Double station winder ensures easy operation and convenient for changing strap lines from one to the other.
8. Unique oven loop heating system adopts reciprocating method of wrapping which fully utilize the heat and greatly lower the power consumption, energy-saving is achieved.

Newly designed line can produce 8 straps a time which is the most advanced.

Packing＆Delivery:

We test the whole production line for at least 24 hours to make sure that the line works smoothly. Our staffs pack the whole set in several stages carefully to keep the machines arrive at the customers’ site safely and completely.
