China Roof Tile Flat Tile Clay Material For Chinese Style Building
The plate tile is a kind of tile, which is not a flat plate, but has a radian. It is made of the four or six sections of the cylinder ceramic blank, that is, the radian is one quarter or one sixth of the cylinder. Board tile is one of the roof tiles covering ancient buildings. It is used to block rainwater infiltration. Plate-shaped, slightly cambered, made by firing after the fourth or sixth section of the cylindrical blank, and placed upside down on the roof when used. The gap can be covered with simple tiles to form a tube tile roof, or covered with slab tiles to form an inverted tile roof. It was thought that it was first seen in the Western Zhou Dynasty.
