Fiberglass sunscreen fabrics are made from natural minerals (quartz, sand, soda, lime). Before weaving, each glass fiber is first covered with PV, then knitted by one needle, and then reinforced by heat setting, thus forming a fabric with regular weaving.

Features of Fiberglass Sunshine Fabric:

1) Shade, light, ventilation

This fabric removes up to 80% of solar radiation while maintaining indoor air circulation and a clear view of the outdoors.

2) Insulation

The fiberglass sunshine fabric has good thermal insulation properties that other fabrics do not have, which greatly reduces the utilization rate of room air conditioners, thus playing a role in energy saving.

We are ISO 9001 qualified factory manufacturer, started this business since 2001, now we have 56 sets Dornier weaving machine.

02).What fabrics do you manufacture?
We make :
1.Polyester sunscreen( openness 1%, 3%, 5%, 8%, 10% & 12% etc.)
2.Fiberglass sunscreen(1%, 3% & 5% etc.)
3.Zebra Sunscreen fabric
4.Other customized fabric.

03).What color of your production fabric?
Usually, white, beige, gray, brown, black or as your wish.

04).How many defects on 1 roll( 2.5m wide * 40m long) fabric?
We have the most strict quality control, usually, there is 0 defects in each roll of our regular production series.
For customized series, we will control the defects are less than 3.

05).If I only get small quantity needs for the first order, is it ok?
We can start cooperation in a very flexible way, for first trial order, you can buy only several rolls as long as the item is in stock. If without stock, the MOQ is 1000m/item & width.

06).If I have my own design,quality & color,can you OEM for me?
Yes, we offer OEM service according to clients' request.

07).Can you send us your sample?

After World War II, heating, ventilation, fluorescent lamps, integrated ceilings became popular in buildings, but these facilities affected natural lighting, so glass-walled office buildings appeared in the 1950s. They provided a broad view without obstruction, which promoted the development of landscape offices in the 1960s. In 1958, Mies and Johnson co-designed the 38-story New York Seagram Building with glass curtain walls, ever since then, the glass-walled buildings have been rising up all over the world. Roller Blinds that can increase effective lighting and block ultraviolet rays have become the focus of attention.

Established in 1991, Sunewell is a leading company who manufactures Roller Blinds Accessories and Components. As the business grows and expands, it was acquired by Sichuan Groupeve Co., Ltd in 2002.

After that Groupeve has three own factories, one is to produce components of all blinds(Sunewell®), the other is to assemble finished blinds (Bottontrak®, Sunetrak®), and the third one is to produce roller blinds fabric (Sunetex®, MagicalTex®, Aputex®). It all covers an area of approximately 25,000m². We have over 500 employees and already passed the factory audit from BSCI, ISO9001: 2000 quality standard system.
