Sunscreen fabric structures

Plain weave: There are warp-heavy flat weave, which has longitudinal ridges on the fabric surface; weft-heavy flat weave, which has transverse ridges on the fabric surface.

Twill weave change: Based on the twill weave of the original weave, it is obtained by extending the floating length of the weave point, changing the number of weave points or the direction of the twill weave, or using several methods to change it.

Satin variation weave: The warp or weft yarns form some individual, unconnected warp or weft points in the fabric. These weave points are evenly distributed and are often covered by the floating length of another system sand line on both sides. The front of the fabric is smooth and shiny, and it feels soft and smooth.

Complex change organization: It is obtained on the basis of three original organizations by using various methods. It still has the characteristics of the original organization and has a more complex pattern effect, but its surface is beautiful and changeable. There are bird's eye tissue, wheat grain tissue, interlaced twill weave, and reed mat twill weave.

Joint organization: An organization formed by combining two or more organizations or changing organizations in various ways. Geometric figures or small pattern effects can be presented on the surface of the fabric.

Sara weave: It is a weave that relies on the mutual twisting of the warp yarns and the interweaving of the weft yarns to make the surface show clear and uniform small holes.

Grid weave: Two or more weaves are arranged side by side to form stripes or grid patterns on the surface of the fabric.

For the first class fabrics, we will control the defects less than 3 per roll and problem fabric will be solved within 1 year
after sold after we receiving full video and picture report.

After World War II, heating, ventilation, fluorescent lamps, integrated ceilings became popular in buildings, but these facilities affected natural lighting, so glass-walled office buildings appeared in the 1950s. Established in 1991, Sunewell is a leading company who manufactures Roller Blinds Accessories and Components. As the business grows and expands, it was acquired by Sichuan Groupeve Co., Ltd in 2002.
