Prevention method

Problem Due to the loose structure and high porosity of aluminum
castings, containing a variety of metal and non-metallic
impurities, white spots are prone to appear after the anodized film
is dyed, and the quality of the anodized film of aluminum castings
is difficult to guarantee. In this regard, relevant experts said
that the following methods can be used to avoid this problem:
First, the impact method of high voltage and high current density
is used. In the early stage of anodization, high voltage and high
current impact are adopted, so that the large and small "islands"
originally divided by impurities are connected into pieces by high
current impact. Second, the casting surface grinding method.
Grinding can fill the pores of the casting with the ground aluminum
powder, acting as a bridge connecting the "islands" of blocks
isolated by impurities. Third, the casting surface shot peening
method. Before the shot peening method, the author used the method
of knocking with a round-headed hammer. The original intention was
to make the gaps blocking the "islands" closed by knocking, so as
to achieve the purpose of connecting into pieces, and the result
was remarkable. Using these methods can effectively avoid the
occurrence of white spots after the anodic oxide film of aluminum
castings is dyed, so as to ensure its quality.

A: 15-30 working days after receiving the deposit (depending on the

Q: What is the thickness of the anodizing? Can you do 12um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15 microns
and above.
Q: What colors can powder coatings be used for? The thickness of
the powder coat?
A: We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can
provide color samples. Our usual powder coating thickness is
60-80um.
