1. After design is approved we make big aluminum mould suitable for
our machine
2. We put the material and mould on the blister machine, then debug
the machinetemperature until the product stiffness is good and
average.
3. The product come out one sheet by one sheet quickly.
4. Use the knife mould to cut off the product sheet down.
5. Promise the product is separately one by one.
6. QC check the product quality one by one Pick the bad quality
product out.

Use the plastic bags inside
five layer corrugated box outside.
