The EDL Medium Duty Zinc Coating 5-inch 130kg Plate TPU Caster by
Rigid, Swivel and Brake type 5715P-77 features premium gray TPU
material, known for its exceptional durability and superior wear
resistance. TPU offers excellent elasticity, absorbing shocks and
reducing vibrations, which minimizes floor damage. Compared to TPE,
TPU provides a higher load-bearing capacity, making it perfect for
higher-weight applications and more demanding environments. The
single ball bearing ensures smooth and effortless movement, while
the 3mm thick plate mounting system guarantees a secure attachment
to medium-duty equipment. The plastic dual brake system offers
reliable stopping power, and the zinc-coated bracket provides
enhanced corrosion resistance, extending the caster’s lifespan even
in challenging conditions.
