Working principle
Micro-sand loading multi-effect clarification integrated equipment
is a new process equipment that uses micron-level selected quartz
sand as a carrier to strengthen the water treatment effect on the
basis of the existing high-efficiency sedimentation tank. The
equipment combines key technologies such as dosing coagulation,
microsand enhanced flocculation, efficient sedimentation, sediment
separation, and microsand circulation.
Through the loading of microsand medium, the flocculation effect is
strengthened and the sedimentation rate is increased. The microsand
loading multi-effect clarification integrated equipment is highly
integrated, and the surface load of the sedimentation section is
40-65m³/m².h, and the total residence time is less than 20min.
The water treatment effect of the equipment is as follows: the
removal rate of SS and TP is over 9 0%, the removal rate of COD is
as high as 4 0%, and the TP effluent can be stabilized at 0. Below
1mg/L, the turbidity of effluent can be stabilized below 5mg/L. It
is mainly used in the fields of overflow pollution control,
municipal sewage plant tail water upgrading, and water plant pretreatment.
