The High Load Impact Resistant Shallow Air Flotation System is an advanced and highly efficient solution for wastewater treatment. How It Works

1. Coagulation and Flocculation – Raw water enters the mixing reactor where coagulants and flocculants are added, forming separable flocs.

2. Micro-Bubble Formation – The dissolved air release mechanism generates micro-bubbles (5–10μm) that attach to the flocs, forming a floating air-bearing body with a specific gravity less than water.

3. Separation and Collection – The floating flocs rise to the surface, forming scum that is scraped into the collection tank by the scum scraper.

4. Water Distribution and Collection – The water inlet, outlet, and scum outlet are all integrated into the main body for smooth operation and stable water quality.
