1. Material: Stainless Steel
High conductivity: 304/316 stainless steel is selected, with better
conductivity than carbon steel and a 20% increase in current
carrying capacity.
Corrosion resistance: Natural rust resistance, able to withstand
humid, acidic and alkaline environments (suitable for coastal power
stations or chemical scenes).
Mechanical strength: Tensile strength ≥ 520MPa, avoiding
deformation under high current and ensuring long-term stability.
2. Process combination: Powder Coating+Laser Cutting
Powder coating
Insulation protection: Epoxy/polyester coating thickness of 80-120
μ m, insulation withstand voltage>5kV, blocking the risk of
leakage.
Weather resistance: UV resistance, oxidation resistance, outdoor
service life>15 years (traditional galvanizing only 5-8 years).
Aesthetic customization: Available in RAL color card color,
indicating the company VI (such as red warning strip, gray
industrial style).
Laser cutting
Precision molding: ± 0.1mm tolerance, ensuring seamless busbar
splicing and reducing contact resistance.
Efficient processing: No need for mold opening, supports complex
hole positions/irregular designs (such as heat dissipation holes,
installation slots).
3. Core function: Arc Resistant
Electric arc hazard: Electric arcs are easily generated when the
power system is short circuited or overloaded, causing fires or
equipment damage.
Solution:
Stainless steel substrate+high temperature resistant powder coating
(capable of withstanding instantaneous temperatures>300 ℃).
Laser cutting has smooth and burr free edges to avoid the formation
of discharge points.

Typical equipment: distribution cabinets, substation bus ducts,
wind turbines, data center UPS.
