Product Description


The MDS gasholder can be installed on the ground, typically configured as a ¾ sphere, or mounted on top of an anaerobic digester or tank, serving both as a robust cover and storage vessel. The 500m³ Dual membrane biogas bag for biogas plant comprises an outer and inner membrane; the outer membrane acts as a protective layer that is consistently maintained under pressure to withstand wind and snow loads, regardless of extreme climatic conditions. The inner membrane expands and contracts beneath the outer layer in response to variations in gas generation and consumption. When the dual membrane gas balloon is ground-mounted on a concrete foundation, it features an additional bottom membrane that seals the gas storage area to the foundation.

Material Features


The biogas storage tank membranes are highly tear resistant polyester fabrics with a special PVC surface treatment and acrylate varnish. The fabric is also resistant to the impact of the different biogas ingredients and the white colour of its external membrane has a highly reflective effect. The construction and dimensions of the double membrane biogas storage tank comply with all relevant standards.
