Characteristics

The anti-settling grate is made of ductile iron QT500-7, and the raw materials should comply with the provisions of GB1348. There are various styles of manhole covers, and they are selected according to the design. The bearing capacity of the rainwater grate is not less than 140KN. The rainwater grate should be made flat and smooth with the surface of the support, and there should be no cracks and defects such as cold insulation and shrinkage that affect the performance of the rainwater grate, and no repair welding. The grate and the well ring can be connected by a pin (or other forms), and the flip angle of the grate is not less than 120°. The anti-corrosion method of the grate and the well ring is: asphalt varnish once.
