Introduction of UCF204 UCF205 UCF206:
The UCF204, UCF205, and UCF206 are popular models in the UCF series of pillow block bearings, designed to support rotating shafts in various industrial applications. These bearings feature a square housing made of durable cast iron, providing excellent stability and load-bearing capacity.
The UCF204 has a 20 mm bore, making it ideal for light-duty applications such as small conveyors and agricultural machinery. The UCF205, with a 25 mm bore, is suited for medium-duty tasks like fans, pumps, and food processing equipment. The UCF206, with a 30 mm bore, is designed for heavy-duty applications, including mining and construction machinery.
All three models offer self-aligning capabilities, thanks to their spherical outer rings, which compensate for shaft misalignment and reduce wear. They are available with 2RS (rubber seals) or ZZ (metal shields) for protection against contaminants.
