The ELSY driver boards PSO000193000 control the 6 Nm brushless motors that drive the take-up roller and
electronic let-off roller on the machine. These boards are interfaced with the electronic of the machine by
means of the CAN BUS line with which they exchange all programming and regulation information including
the draft value of the load cells. The use of an incremental encoder with 1000 impulses per revolution on the
machine axis and incremental encoders splined onto the axis of the brushless motor ensures optimum
synchronization during the transitory phases of machine start-up as well as during weaving.
Two DRIVER ELSY boards are installed in the electrical cabinet (the third board is optional) for activating
the take-up roller and the let-off roller (the second let-off is optional).
The boards are powered with 230 Vac, three-phase.
