1. Introduction of QYD-800 fully hydraulic core exploration drilling rig
QYD series drilling rig belongs to the multi-purpose crawler type hydraulic engineering geological exploration rig, which is a rope core drilling rig using the full hydraulic power head drilling method. The core drilled by the drilling tool is lifted out by the hoist through the drill pipe hole to complete the geological drilling core work. It is mainly applied to the drilling of solid deposits, can also be used in engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, and can also be used for tunnel ventilation, drainage and dam grouting and other engineering drilling.
2. Features of QYD-800 fully hydraulic core exploration drilling
rig
(1) Crawler chassis
Equipped with wireless remote control crawler chassis, suitable for
a variety of terrains, in a safe distance to the drilling rig
walking control, prevent sudden danger.
(2) Frame
The frame of the welded structure is welded on the crawler chassis,
which can improve the rigidity and drilling stability of the slide
frame when it is erected.
(3) Slide frame
The sliding frame of welded structure adopts hot rolled carbon
channel steel and square steel as power head guide rail, and
controls the smooth lifting of oil cylinder through one-way
throttle valve.
(4) Drill tower
The drill tower adopts the touchdown base for touchdown fixation,
making drilling more stable.
(5) Rotary mechanism
Power head rotation using axial piston pump and inclined shaft
piston motor drive, mechanical two gears plus stepless speed
regulation, advanced structure.
(6) Push mechanism
The double speed feeding mechanism of cylinder chain is adopted,
the movement is stable and reliable, and the power head side
translation mechanism is equipped.
(7) Hydraulic clamp
To achieve clamping drill pipe, with drill pipe disassembly.
(8) Hydraulic winch
Hydraulic motor driven hoist, flexible lifting tool or auxiliary
equipment.
(9) Hydraulic legs
Four hydraulic legs can quickly level the drilling rig, equipped
with hydraulic lock to prevent jack creep.
(10) Control console
All control functions are centralized on the control table, easy to
operate, save time and effort.
(11) Hydraulic system
The rig is fully hydraulic driven, hydraulic system adopts load
sensitive control, high efficiency, high torque.
(12) Power system
Power system using large factory diesel engine, the national
after-sales worry.
(13) Cooling system
Adopt air cooling and water cooling, the way is more diversified,
can ensure the long time operation of the machine.

The rigs adopts full hydraulic drive, the power head rotation is driven by axial piston pump and oblique piston motor, and the mechanical two gears are adjusted without pole speed, advanced structure. The power head adopts the cylinder chain double speed feeding mechanism, the movement is stable and reliable, with the power head side translation mechanism, the mast adopts the cylinder take-off and fall can be integrated slip, and can be drilled in the range of 0-90°. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, high working efficiency and large torque.
