Organic antifreeze additive package

BSD9015 is composed of a composite formula of organic monobasic acids, dicarboxylic acids,

polyacids, and anti-corrosion inhibitors. The coolant produced by this composite agent has

excellent anti rust and anti-corrosion effects on the metal of the cooling system of light and

heavy-duty vehicles, such as soldering, cast aluminum, cast iron, steel, brass, copper, etc.

It has superior anti rust function, especially the anti-corrosion performance of wet cylinder

liners for heavy-duty vehicles.It is mainly used for producing ethylene glycol type light and

heavy load engine coolant.


Product Features

Organic acid technology greatly reduces the consumption rate of additives, and coolant

products have no precipitates, stable performance, and long-lasting durability. The service

life of coolant products can reach 5 years and over 300000 kilometers.

Containing highly efficient all organic acids and anti-corrosion and inhibitory additives,

it has excellent resistance to pitting and corrosion, as well as better anti-corrosion and

rust prevention capabilities for various metals in the engine cooling system.

Excellent organic acid adsorption anti-corrosion technology can prevent cavitation corrosion

and corrosion damage caused by scaling on heat transfer surfaces of aluminum alloy materials;

Forming a protective film on the inner wall of the water tank and cooling system waterway can

prevent the formation of scale; It will not cause swelling or shrinkage to rubber seals, and can

provide excellent protection.

Product Appearance



Packaging and acceptance
This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according

to customer needs.
Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with

SH/T0164 standard.


Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions
The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be

clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other

petroleum products;
When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using,

pay attention to sealed storage.


Health and Safety
The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general

petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away

from children.
Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once

it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling

and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
