Composition
The outer layer is an iron shell, designed for steel rotating
shafts or cast iron pool holes. For sealing, double lip with
spring, low coefficient of friction, pressure resistance about
0.03Mpa.
Material
Rubber Material: The sealing lip is mainly made of high quality
rubber such as Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Fluorine Rubber (FKM). NBR has
good oil resistance and heat resistance up to 120°C. FKM has
excellent heat resistance up to 250°C and excellent oil resistance.
Metal: The metal housing is made of cold rolled carbon steel for
strength and rigidity. It can provide support and positioning for the oil seal to ensure
that the oil seal maintains a stable shape and position during the
working process, improve the overall performance and service life
of the oil seal, and is commonly used in occasions where the
rigidity and positioning of the oil seal are required to be high.
Application
TB type oil seal is mainly used for sealing rotating shafts of
mechanical equipment, such as gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders and
motors. It effectively prevents oil leakage and keeps equipment
running smoothly. In the petrochemical, automotive and aerospace
industries, it plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and
