Product Introduction
1. Ultra-high measurement performance
Supports AC and DC voltage measurement up to 20kV high-precision
voltage probe, instantaneous pulse voltage peak up to 40kV
(≤100ms), 100MHz bandwidth high-voltage probe, rise time ≤3.5ns,
meets the needs of high-frequency and high-voltage scenarios, and
is compatible with the HP6015A high-voltage probe standard.
2. Accurate electrical specifications
Input impedance 100MΩ, input capacitance ≤3pF, compensation range
7pF~49pF, input impedance 1MΩ (oscilloscope high-voltage probe
adaptation), accuracy ±3%, ensuring reliable measurement data.
3. Multiple safety protection design
Guard ring and grounding terminal double protection, strict warning
label prompts operation risks (safe operation of high-voltage
measurement probe), supports reliable grounding and power-off
operation process to avoid electric shock or equipment damage.

waveform without distortion.
7. Durable structure and maintenance recommendations
Protective shell design, working temperature 0-50℃, storage
temperature - 40-75℃, it is recommended to check the ground wire
regularly, avoid overvoltage use, and extend the service life,
which meets the HP6015A high-voltage probe industrial standard.

Product Description
①Probe test signal input terminal, equipped with straight terminal,
hook-shaped test needle, high-voltage end alligator clip, fixed by
M4 thread, the test terminal can be replaced as needed.
②Probe reference ground terminal, standard pluggable alligator
clip, when measuring, the probe clip is required to be reliably
grounded.
③Probe front end protection ring, when measuring, people are behind
the protection ring to ensure personal safety.
④Probe front end handle, when measuring, the probe can be fixed by
the handle.
⑤Signal connection line, standard 3-meter BNC connection line.
⑥Probe compensation box, the output interface is a standard male
BNC, directly connected to the oscilloscope. If necessary,
compensate the probe through the adjustable hole above.
