General Description

TFT 7.0” is a TN transmissive type color active matrix TFT liquid crystal display that use amorphous silicon TFT as switching devices. This module is a composed of a TFT_LCD module, It is usually designed for industrial application and this module follows RoHs.

The Z070TN92-CT1 is a 7-inch 800x480 TFT LCD with a capacitive touch function. The dimensions of the display are 165x100mm, with an active area of 154.08x85.92mm. This TFT LCD has a resolution of 800×480 pixels and a brightness of 400 cd/㎡.


Besides, this 7" capacitive touch TFT LCD uses the integrated circuit EK79713CA+EK73202AB2 with an RGB interface. The module operating temperature range from -20°C to +70°C; the storage temperature covers a range of -30°C to +80℃.
