LONGWELL brand replaceable rubber pistons are composed of
High-quality molded nitrile rubber inserts and High-quality piston
hubs.
Just like our urethane bonded pistons, we complete every step of
the manufacturing process for both hub and piston rubber in-house.
Our forged steel hubs are machined at our API 7-K and ISO 9001
certifed factory, and the rubber inserts are formed and pressed.
Our replaceable rubber pistons and inserts are based off of the
industry standard “Mission-Supreme” style; our inserts will ft all
competitors’ piston hubs that are interchangeable with the OEM.
Piston assembly is used as a type of mud pump fluid end accessories
in the oil drilling industry.
The main body of the piston assembly is made of forged steel 45# or
40Cr, and the piston cup and rubber are of high polymer materials.

performance, strong wear and hydrolysis resistance under high
temperature and high pressure.

Made up of a replaceable Nitrile, HNBR Rubber this Fabric Heel
piston is the most cost effective. As long as the piston hub is not
worn to indicator marking the rubber can be replaced and used on
the existing hub until it becomes too worn.
This was designed to provide maximum sealability for high pressure
well service pumps. The proprietary material was developed to
eliminate extrusion and provide excellent abrasion resistance for
fracturing, acidizing, and cementing pumps.
