4. Surface Treatment
Work-piece surface treatment by shot blasting machine to get a clean surface with a certain level of roughness. It improves the fatigue strength, corrosion resistance of the steel and enhances its intrinsic quality, extending its service life.
5. Automatic Spraying System
Surface spraying process, high-voltage electrostatic spraying (large cyclone automated high-voltage electrostatic powder spraying). No organic solvents, no harm or pollution to human environment.
6. Curing System
Use energy-saving and environmentally friendly low-carbon combustion engine, with a curing temperature of 180 to 220 degrees. The finished product has superb wear resistance, scratch resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, and fading resistance.
