10000BPH High speed and high quality aluminum bottle rinsing, filling and capping machine
1.Equipment introduction:
Based on the most advanced technology in Europe, America and Japan,
our company specially designed and developed a high-yield equipment
suitable for screwing caps on aluminum bottles and cans with
threaded mouths, which fills the gap in the domestic industry and
is at the leading level in the industry. The maximum output can
reach 600 cans/minute.
The rinsing, filling and capping stations are all controlled by
independent servo motors to reduce the gap in gear transmission, so
that the stability of the transition between rinsing, filling and
capping is greatly improved.
The bottle rinser adopts a self-locking bottle clamp to ensure that
the bottle does not fall when the clamping force is small;
The two flushing waters have separate channels and are isolated
from each other. Different concentrations of media can be used for
flushing to meet the requirements of different characteristics of
beverages for flushing bottles; it has the function of no flushing
without bottles, and there is no need to design a water shield on
the bottle rinser to avoid the volatilization of the sterilizing
components of the washing water when there is no bottle to flush
and affect the environment of the filling room:
Filling valve--with reflux and anti-splashing functions, the valve
can be refluxed to ensure the temperature requirements of the
system during production shutdown or before production, so as to
achieve rapid production and avoid material discharge when the
machine is restarted after shutdown, Improve equipment efficiency
and beverage yield, reduce production costs; Reflux filling - avoid
the impact of foam on filling volume during filling, the air in the
bottle does not enter the material cylinder, and reduce the risk of
secondary contamination of the material;
Capping head - compact structure design; torsion spring side
pressure structure, large pressure adjustment range, avoid broken
cap phenomenon; the capping machine adopts a double cam structure,
and a two-time sealing structure is specially designed for the
characteristics of aluminum bottles and cans. By controlling the
internal pressure, thread depth, and countersunk depth, it can not
only ensure the sealing of the threaded cap of the aluminum bottle
and can, but also ensure that the opening torque of the finished
product is within the standard value.

3.Equipment technical description:
1).Equipment Overview:
LRXGF series of non-carbonated beverage normal pressure filling
system is mainly used for filling non-carbonated beverages such as
aluminum bottle cans, juice, functional drinks, etc. The main
machine adopts normal pressure gravity filling method and
mechanical filling valve.
The main machine adopts a three-in-one form (bottle
washing-filling-capping), uses a screw to feed the bottle, and the
bottle bottom is transmitted. The transmission star wheel adopts
ultra-high molecular polyethylene (or 304 stainless steel).
2).Equipment process:
First, the bottle is sent to the main machine through the conveyor
chain, and the bottle feeding screw is used to divide the bottle
into the spacing required by the main machine. The screw adopts a
variable pitch screw. By optimizing the spiral line of the screw,
the damage of the screw surface to the appearance of the bottle is
minimized. The transition wheel cooperates with the screw to send
the bottle into the bottle rinser. After the bottle enters the
rinser, the bottle mouth is clamped by the flip bottle clamp, and
then flipped 180° under the action of the flip guide rail, so that
the bottle mouth is facing downward. When it rotates to a specific
area, the nozzle sprays cleaning liquid to rinse the inside and
outside of the bottle, and then the bottle is flipped 180° again
under the action of the flip guide rail through the filtered water,
and sent out of the rinser through the transition wheel to enter
the next process.
The cleaned and disinfected bottles are transported to the filling
machine through the transition dial. When the transition dial is
connected to the bottle support mechanism of the filling machine,
the centering cover of the filling machine drops down and buckles
the can mouth at the intersection of the dial and the can (make
sure that the filling valve and the bottle mouth are aligned to
ensure air tightness). Then the bottle rises under the action of
the bottle support mechanism and presses against the filling valve
to seal the bottle mouth and the filling valve. At the same time,
the filling valve is opened through the bottle mouth, and the
filling valve begins to fill the bottle with materials and the
filling process begins. When the liquid level in the can reaches
the return port of the filling valve, the return port is closed to
complete the filling process. Then the bottle support mechanism
drops, the bottle leaves the filling valve, and the filling valve
is closed to complete the entire filling process. Then it is output
from the filling machine and enters the back-end capping.
After filling, the bottle is transported to the capping machine
through the transition dial. The bottle cap is buckled into the
bottle mouth and pressed by hanging the cap on the dial. The
capping assembly is controlled by double cams. The upper cam
controls the up and down movement of the capping assembly, and the
lower cam controls the capping. When the bottle enters the capping
machine, the upper and lower cams simultaneously control the
capping assembly to descend, and the pressure head presses the
bottle mouth to keep the bottle stable. Then the lower cam controls
the capping cam to descend, and the capping head thread cutter and
the anti-theft ring cutter tighten. As the main machine revolves,
the capping head starts to press the threads. Under the control of
the lower cam, the threads are screwed twice to ensure the quality
of the capping. And the power transmitted by the servo motor
driving the gear can accurately control the rotation speed of the
capping head to improve the capping accuracy. The bottle that has
completed the capping is sent out of the three-in-one main machine
through the dial wheel and enters the next process.
3).Main features of the equipment:
(1) It adopts high-quality high-strength carbon steel integral
base, and is surrounded by SUS304 stainless steel. The overall
structural strength of the equipment is good and does not deform.
(2)The optimized design of the bottle feeding screw curve ensures
smooth and reliable bottle feeding and prevents materials from
overflowing from the bottle mouth.
Perfect overload protection, the lower part of the bottle in and
out dial is equipped with an overload clutch device, which can
effectively protect the equipment when a bottle jam occurs.
(2)The bottle support cylinder lifting method is adopted to ensure
good air tightness between the tank mouth and the filling valve to
ensure product quality.
The purge CO2 replacement method is used for oxygen replacement,
and the replacement efficiency is high.
(3)The equipment has a complete automatic lubrication system, which
automatically completes the lubrication of the operating parts such
as bearings according to the system settings.
(4)The main machine adopts a variable frequency speed control
motor, which can easily adjust the production capacity
appropriately.
(5)The main electrical components, inverters, photoelectric
switches, proximity switches, electric control valves, etc. are all
imported components to ensure the excellent performance of the
whole machine.
(6)The control system has functions such as fault alarm, cover
missing detection alarm, and shift production counting.
(7)Pro-Face (Digital) touch screen operation is adopted, and the
production speed, shift production counting, fault type, fault
occurrence point, etc. are all displayed on the screen. It can also
automatically count the fault occurrence time, fault type and other
information.

6).Introduction to the main components of the host machine:
(1) Bottle flushing:
First, the bottles are sent to the main machine through the conveyor chain, and the bottles are divided into the spacing required by the main machine by the bottle feeding screw. The screw adopts a variable pitch screw, and the screw spiral line is optimized to minimize the damage of the screw surface to the bottle appearance. The transition dial matched with the screw sends the bottle into the bottle rinser. After the bottle enters the rinser, the bottle mouth is clamped by the flip bottle clamp, and then turned 180° under the action of the flip guide rail, so that the bottle mouth is facing downward. When it rotates to a specific area, the nozzle sprays cleaning liquid to rinse the inside and outside of the bottle, and then through the filtered water, the bottle is turned 180° again under the action of the flip guide rail, and sent out of the rinser through the transition dial to enter the next process.
(2).Filling:
The cleaned and disinfected bottles are transported to the filling machine through the transition wheel. The centering mechanism holds the bottle mouth at the handover station to ensure that the bottle mouth and the filling valve are aligned. Then the bottle rises under the action of the bottle-supporting cylinder, and the bottle mouth, the centering cover and the filling valve mouth sealing gasket are pressed tightly. At the same time, the bottle mouth pushes open the mechanical filling valve to start filling. The air in the bottle enters the reflux pipe through the reflux channel. After filling is completed, the bottle-supporting cylinder descends under the action of the downward pressure cam to complete the entire filling process, and then it is output from the filling machine and enters the back-end capping.
3) Screw cap:
After filling, the bottle is transported into the capping machine
through the transition wheel. The cap is hung on the transition
wheel, and the bottle cap is buckled into the bottle mouth and
pressed (depending on the product, liquid nitrogen can be dripped
before hanging the cap). After the cap is hung, the bottle enters
the capping machine.
The capping assembly is controlled by dual mechanical cams. The
upper cam controls the up and down movement of the capping
assembly, and the lower cam controls the capping (the lower cam
adopts a double capping curve design, which can perform two capping
operations on the bottle cap). The capping machine has an external
servo motor to drive the capping gear, and the number of capping
circles can be set arbitrarily to meet the needs of different
manufacturers' caps and achieve wide adaptability.
When the bottle enters the capping machine, the upper and lower
cams act simultaneously to control the capping assembly to descend,
and the cap forming head presses the bottle cap to keep the bottle
stable. Then the lower cam controls the small cam of the spinning
knife to descend, and the capping head thread knife and the
anti-theft ring knife are tightened under the action of the spring,
and rotate while the main machine revolves, and the bottle cap
begins to be threaded. Under the control of the lower cam, the
thread spinning is performed twice to ensure the capping quality
and the beauty of the cap thread. The bottle that has completed the
capping is sent out of the three-in-one main machine through the
dial wheel and enters the next process. When the capping head needs
to set the torque of the spinning knife, you only need to remove
the capping head (the capping head and the capping assembly are
connected by threads for easy disassembly), install the capping
head on the adjustment tooling that comes with it, and use the
torque wrench to accurately set the torque value of the four
spinning knives of the capping head (two thread knives and two
anti-theft ring knives).
