1. Introduction to the air conveying system:
The air conveying device is a fast and accurate conveying device that allows PET empty bottles to be regularly conveyed to the destination along a predetermined track under the driving action of air with a certain pressure and speed.
The air conveying duct is supported on the ground by a tripod, and the fan is installed on the upper part of the air conveying duct. The air inlet of each fan is equipped with a HEPA air filter to prevent dust from being blown into the bottle. The bottle neck is stuck by the bottle hanging plate in the air conveying duct and is conveyed to the filling host by wind power.

2. Main features:
1) Except for the plastic nylon parts such as the support feet and bottle hanging plate, the rest are made of stainless steel ANSI304. The bottle hanging plate is made of imported ultra-high molecular polyethylene material with a service life of more than 20,000 hours.
2) The turning air duct adopts a large-diameter turning method, which runs smoothly and there is no obvious slip damage on the bottle body.
3) The air inlet is equipped with primary and medium-efficiency air filtration. The dust filter is equipped with absolute filtration (99.9999 DOP) to prevent dust from being blown into the bottle. The air outlet is equipped with a mechanical air volume adjustment device.
4) The fan adopts a low-noise fan, and the filter adopts an integral structural design, which runs smoothly and has low noise.
5) In order to ensure that the bottle body area inside the air duct maintains a positive pressure state during the conveying process and prevent unclean air from entering, the entire air delivery duct is equipped with a plexiglass shield to prevent unclean air from blowing in.
6) The air delivery duct is equipped with a wind pressure (30-50Pa) detection device to facilitate the frequency conversion speed regulation of the fan.
7) According to the weight of different bottle shapes, the air volume of the fan can be adjusted to ensure a reasonable conveying speed of empty bottles, in principle 3-6m/s.
8) There is a bottle jam removal mechanism at the bottle inlet end, which is driven by a cylinder. When the bottle jam occurs at the bottle inlet end of the air conveying channel, the mechanism automatically removes the blocked bottle to prevent bottle loss due to bottle squeezing.
9) The bottle outlet end is equipped with a bottle blocking cylinder, which can be manually or automatically controlled by the photoelectric switch on the air conveying channel. This mechanism can prevent bottles in the air conveying channel from entering the filling machine.
10) There are several bottle jam detection photoelectric switches in the middle of the air conveying channel. When a bottle jam occurs in the air conveying channel, it can automatically alarm and clarify the specific location of the jammed bottle.
11) The outlet section of the bottle unscrambler is equipped with a height movable and adjustable section to facilitate customers to replace bottles with different heights in the future.

4.Quotation and delivery time:

(1). Quotation validity period: 1 month;

(3). Customers provide the product and packaging samples required for factory trial free of charge;
(4). Delivery time: 60 working days from the receipt of customer deposit and product packaging samples.

5. Quality Assurance:
(1). The company guarantees that the goods provided are brand new, unused, made of the latest design and suitable materials, and meet the quality, specifications and performance specified in the technical contract in all aspects;
(2). The company guarantees that after the production line is properly guided, installed and debugged, the equipment will reach the various technical performance indicators of the product within 15 days of the entire system being put into operation;
(3). The company guarantees that within the quality assurance period specified in the contract, it will be responsible for defects, failures and damages of the production line caused by defects in the design, process, manufacturing, installation, debugging or materials provided and the quality of the seller's equipment;
(4). The equipment quality assurance period is 12 months after the acceptance of the production line. If during the quality assurance period, it is found that the quality or specifications of the equipment do not meet the contract provisions, or it is proved that the equipment is defective (including potential defects or the use of unqualified materials, etc.), the buyer has the right to propose rectification to the seller within the product quality assurance period according to the inspection certificate issued by the statutory department;
(5). The company guarantees the mechanical properties of the equipment provided, the quality of the product and the consumption indicators of the product.

6. Equipment warranty:
(1). After the equipment is accepted, a 12-month warranty is provided, and the control system (standard Huichuan brand) provides a 24-month warranty; during the warranty period, our company will provide users with free spare parts and timely and effective services (wearing parts are not covered by the warranty);
(2). If the equipment fails and needs to be repaired on site, our company guarantees that the maintenance personnel will rush to the customer's site within 48 hours to help the customer eliminate the fault in time (except for force majeure);
(3). After the warranty period, our company will provide users with a wide range of preferential technical support, sufficient spare parts supply and other after-sales services for life;

7. Packaging and transportation:
(1). Packaging method:
The packaging uses new and sturdy special packaging boxes or fixed frames, which are suitable for long-distance transportation, moisture-proof, rust-proof, shock-proof, suitable for land transportation, sea transportation and overall lifting.
