2.Production line design standards:
1) Production line equipment selection principles:
In order to make the equipment of each part of the production line
reach the designed production capacity and the production
efficiency of the whole line reach the best, it is particularly
important to select equipment with appropriate production capacity.
If the equipment capacity is too low, the production line cannot
meet the planned production capacity requirements, the production
efficiency of the whole line is low, and the output cannot meet the
market needs. If the capacity is too high, the equipment cost will
increase. High-capacity equipment has no chance to run at full
load, and the standby time is long, resulting in energy waste and
increasing the operating cost of the production line.
2) Production line design standards:
The design of the production line is planned around key equipment.
Key equipment is the slowest, most important, and often the most
expensive equipment on the whole line. The key equipment in the
production line is usually the bottle blowing machine and the
filling machine.
The calculation of the production line performance is based on the
performance of this equipment. If this equipment is running, the
whole line is running. If this equipment runs slowly, the
efficiency of the whole line will decrease accordingly. All other
equipment has a higher running speed than this equipment.
Based on the storage capacity of 28,000 BPH for small bottles, the
filling equipment capacity is 28,000 BPH (provided by the
customer), matching the corresponding upper and lower end
equipment. In order to prevent the impact of equipment downtime due
to packaging material replacement, the conveyor line is equipped
with a buffer conveyor platform with a designed buffer time of
about 3 minutes. The production efficiency of the entire line is
expected to reach 95%.

(1).2 High-speed centrifugal fan
The advantage is that it can achieve ultra-high wind speed while
achieving ultra-high wind pressure and ultra-large air volume.
The high-speed centrifugal fan adopts the world's advanced fluid
mechanics principles and is developed in combination with the
aircraft turbine power system. It has the characteristics of
ultra-low energy consumption, ultra-high wind pressure, ultra-high
wind speed, and ultra-large flow. Thanks to the unique transmission
design, the speed of the impeller can reach 13,000-28,400 rpm.
(1).3 The spider hand wind knife is used, which is suitable for
different bottle types, easy and fast to adjust, and the closest
distance to the product ensures the wind cutting effect.
High-speed centrifugal blowers or high-pressure blowers are used as air sources. The high-speed and high-pressure air generated passes through the main air distributor and is diverted to the high-speed air nozzles at the bottom and on both sides.

3).SPCSW.A1 Single Channel Heat Shrink Wrapping Machine:
The one-piece fully automatic heat shrink film packaging machine is
a new type of packaging equipment designed and manufactured based
on the characteristics of packaging film shrinking when heated. It
can automatically arrange individual products, group them, servo
push bottles, servo wrap the film, and finally form a collective
package through heating and shrinking, cooling and shaping. The
packaged products are firmly tied, with a regular and beautiful
appearance, saving packaging costs.

roller and electrical control, pneumatic control and other parts.
(3).1 Packaging machine
The packaging machine is mainly composed of frame, bottle
separation mechanism, bottle pushing mechanism, film placing
mechanism, film wrapping mechanism, etc.
(3).1.1. The bottle feeding mechanism is responsible for conveying
PET bottles to the bottle separation mechanism, which is divided
into front conveying and rear conveying
(3).1.2 The bottle separation mechanism is responsible for sorting
PET bottles according to packaging requirements in order to realize
film pushing.
(3).1.3. The bottle pushing mechanism is responsible for pushing
the grouped PET bottles forward and wrapping them with film.
(3).1.4. The film unwinding is responsible for supplying film to
wrap the grouped PET bottles.
(3).1.5. Wrapping: Automatically set the supply length of shrink
film according to the size of the package, and complete the
automatic wrapping synchronously while the product moves forward.
(3).2. Heat shrink machine
The heat shrink machine consists of three parts: heating and
shrinking, cooling and shaping, and product conveying.
(3).2.1 Heating and shrinking:
The shrink machine heats and shrinks the wrapped package, so that
the film shrinks evenly at the set temperature, adheres to the
surface of the package, and wraps the package tightly to achieve
the desired packaging purpose.
(3).2.2 Cooling and shaping:
Cooling and shaping is responsible for quickly cooling the film on
the surface of the package that has been heated and shrunk, so that
the film quickly becomes a high-strength state for easy handling.

The fully packaged items are conveyed to the unpowered conveyor
roller; the unpowered conveyor roller can play a role of temporary

6.Quality Assurance for 28000 BPH Bottled Water Back-end Packaging
Line:
(1).The company guarantees that the goods provided are brand new,
unused, made of the latest design and suitable materials, and meet
the quality, specifications and performance specified in the
technical contract in all aspects;
(2).The company guarantees that after the production line is
properly guided, installed and debugged, the equipment will reach
the various technical performance indicators of the product within
15 days of the entire system being put into operation;

7.Equipment warranty for 28000 BPH Bottled Water Back-end Packaging
Line:
(1). After the equipment is accepted, a 12-month warranty is
provided, and the control system (standard Huichuan brand) provides
a 24-month warranty; during the warranty period, our company will
provide users with free spare parts and timely and effective
services (wearing parts are not covered by the warranty);
(2). If the equipment fails and needs to be repaired on site, our
company guarantees that the maintenance personnel will rush to the
