(2) Process flow description
The cardboard is manually placed on the cardboard buffer conveyor
chain plate and conveyed to the tooth lifting area. The vacuum
suction cup separates the cardboard on the lifting tooth one by
one. The separated cardboard is sent to the cardboard slope
conveying section by the synchronous belt and sent to the junction
with the product; the product is conveyed to the grouping area.
After grouping, the product enters the bottle pushing area at an
equal distance and is sent to the junction with the cardboard.
After the product is combined with the cardboard, it enters the
forming area through folding and spraying to complete the automatic
wrapping process.

3)Dual-channel heat shrink film packaging machine:
(1).Equipment introduction:
The one-piece fully automatic heat shrink film packaging machine is
a new packaging equipment with high efficiency and continuous
operation designed and manufactured based on the characteristics of
packaging film shrinking when heated. It can automatically arrange
individual products, group them, servo push bottles, servo wrap
film, and finally form a collective package through heating and
shrinking, cooling and shaping. The packaged products are firmly
tied, with a regular and beautiful appearance, saving packaging
costs.
(2).Main structure and function:
The whole set of equipment consists of a bottle feeding conveyor
belt, a packaging machine, a heat shrink machine, a non-powered
conveyor roller, and electrical control, pneumatic control and
other parts.
(3). Introduction of each part:
(3.1) Packaging machine
The packaging machine is mainly composed of a frame, a bottle
separation mechanism, a bottle pushing mechanism, a film placing
mechanism, a film wrapping mechanism, etc.
3.1.1. The bottle feeding mechanism is responsible for conveying
PET bottles to the bottle separation mechanism, which is divided
into two parts: front conveying and rear conveying
3.1.2 The bottle separation mechanism is responsible for sorting
PET bottles according to packaging requirements in order to achieve
film pushing.
3.1.3. The bottle pusher is responsible for pushing the grouped PET
bottles forward and wrapping them with film.
3.1.4. The film unwinder is responsible for supplying the film to
wrap the grouped PET bottles.
3.1.5. Wrapping: The supply length of the shrink film is
automatically set according to the size of the package, and the
automatic film wrapping is completed synchronously during the
forward movement of the product.
(3.2) Heat shrinking machine:
The heat shrinking machine consists of three parts: heating and
shrinking, cooling and shaping, and product conveying.
3.2.1. Heating and shrinking:
The shrinking machine heats and shrinks the wrapped package, so
that the film shrinks evenly at the set temperature, adheres to the
surface of the package, and wraps the package tightly to achieve
the desired packaging purpose.
The temperature controller uses a digital display temperature
controller with a built-in PID function. The temperature sensing is
sensitive and accurate and can be set at will. During operation,
the temperature of six parts in the heat shrinking furnace cavity
is detected separately by thermocouples, and the heating state of
the heating tube is automatically adjusted to ensure that the
heating temperature in the furnace cavity is constant within the
set temperature range.
The air volume and pressure of the furnace can be controlled by
variable frequency regulation. During operation, the heat of the
heating tube is blown out from the two side walls and the bottom of
the heat shrink furnace cavity through the centrifugal fan, and
acts on the wrapped product. This equipment has a total of 4 fans,
each of which is composed of an extended shaft motor customized by
our company and a special multi-wing centrifugal impeller.
According to the running direction of the equipment, every 2 fans
correspond to a heating zone and forming zone. According to the
thermoforming process of the wrapped product, the fan speed of each
heating and forming zone can be set by variable frequency
regulation to achieve the required air volume and air pressure for
forming.
The air volume and air outlet position in the heat shrink furnace
can be adjusted at will. According to the thermoforming process of
the wrapped product, the air volume and air outlet position of a
certain section of the heating and forming zone can be adjusted
mechanically by adjusting the inner wall of the furnace cavity and
the bottom air volume adjustment plate.
The film package can be shared by single and double channels. This
machine is used as a double-channel film package. A hot air plate
is configured in the middle of the heating furnace channel, and the
heat is more uniform when the double package passes through the
heat shrink furnace. When used as a single channel, the middle hot
air plate in the heating furnace channel needs to be removed.
The required temperature for packaging is 200°~280°, the heating
time is 30-40min, the heating tube power is 98kw, and the outer
wall temperature of the heating furnace is 30°~50°.
3.2.2. Cooling and shaping:
Cooling and shaping is responsible for quickly cooling the film on
the surface of the heated and shrunk packaging material, so that
the film quickly becomes a high-strength state for easy handling.
The outlet of the heat shrink furnace is equipped with 6 sets of
heat dissipation fans, and the perforated mesh belt is used for
transportation, which can quickly cool the wrapping film and form a
high-strength state.
3.2.3. Product transportation:
The stainless steel conveyor mesh chain has a tight and uniform
mesh spacing, high mesh strength, stable transmission, and high
wear resistance; the machine can be independently controlled, and
the motor speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion to match
the speed of the mesh chain machine.
The fully packaged items are transported to the unpowered conveyor
roller; the unpowered conveyor roller can play a role of temporary
storage, which is convenient for personnel to stack or carry.
4):Dual-channel palletizer:
(1). Equipment introduction:
It is mainly used to stack the packaged products (boxes, bags,
barrels) on the corresponding empty pallets in a certain
arrangement order through a continuous mechanical action, so as to
facilitate the handling and transportation of batch products,
thereby improving production efficiency.
(2). Main structure and function:
Accelerating belt line: two belt lines with different speeds, the
rear belt line is twice as fast as the front belt line (the speed
can be adjusted by the frequency converter to adjust the distance
between the two boxes) The boxes are pulled apart by a certain
distance through the speed difference
Rotating conveyor line: The bottom conveyor line when the box
turns, the speed is the same as the speed of the rear section of
the acceleration belt line

the cylinder of this mechanism will quickly extend to block the
side of the box, so that the box turns
Automatic box separation mechanism: The boxes are quickly pulled
apart by the acceleration belt line, and the boxes will
automatically be divided into two lanes when entering the box
separation mechanism
Pushing mechanism: When the boxes enter the arrangement stacking
table in an orderly manner, each time an arrangement is completed,
the mechanism will automatically push the arranged products to the
storage area of the stacking table. When a stack of products is
full, the pushing mechanism will push the entire layer of products
into the lifting mechanism
Box stacking Organizing mechanism: Arrange the products in order
into one layer through the box pushing mechanism
Main frame: It is composed of the main frame and lifting power. Its
function is to pull the lifting platform to stack the products

Lifting + sliding mechanism: The lifting platform mechanism is
