5). Main structure and function:
The whole set of equipment consists of bottle feeding conveyor
belt, packaging machine, heat shrink machine, non-powered conveyor

5).1 Packaging machine
The packaging machine is mainly composed of a frame, a bottle
separation mechanism, a bottle pushing mechanism, a film placing
mechanism, a film wrapping mechanism, etc.
5).1.1. The bottle feeding mechanism is responsible for conveying
PET bottles to the bottle separation mechanism, which is divided
into two parts: front conveying and rear conveying

the PET bottles according to the packaging requirements in order to
realize the film pushing.
5).1.3. The bottle pushing mechanism is responsible for pushing the

on the surface of the package that has been heated and shrunk, so

a.Overview:
The palletizer automatically stacks cartons that have been loaded
into containers in a certain arrangement on the pallet. It can
stack multiple layers and then push them out to facilitate forklift
transportation to the warehouse for storage. This equipment adopts
PLC+touch screen control to achieve intelligent operation and
management, which is simple and easy to master.

This machine consists of an input device, a lane dividing device, a
box pushing and arranging device, a box removal and stacking
device, an empty pallet supply device, a finished product stacking
device, a safety device and an automatic control device.
Process:
(1) Carton input part
Carton conveying device
According to the set arrangement method, the cartons are forced to
turn or convey to achieve the purpose of sorting and sorting.
Sorting device
The supply conveyor belt pushes the sorted first column of cartons
into the lifting device with a cylinder and then pushes them into
the second and third columns in turn to form a sorting.
(2) Automatic palletizing device
When the cartons are arranged in a certain order to form a group
(layer), the elevator carrying the order layer rises and moves
forward to the top of the palletizing device, and is placed
steadily on the pallet (or the previous order layer) to form
automatic palletizing. The palletizing device relies on a variable
frequency motor and chain to complete its lifting, lowering and
forward (backward) movement.
(3) Pallet section
Pallet supply device
The pallet warehouse can stack 8-10 empty pallets and supply
pallets to the palletizing device at a fixed time according to the

Pallet output device
When a pallet reaches the number of stacking layers, a signal is
issued to push the actual pallet out of the palletizing section,
and the actual pallet is sent to the designated location through
