2. Introduction to single-column palletizer at the marshaling
station:
The single-column palletizer at the marshaling station arranges the
box/film package products loaded with products in a pre-set
arrangement mode, and then enters the rolling clamp, and realizes
automatic palletizing layer by layer through the lifting and
translation of the single column to coordinate with the clamp.
After palletizing to the required height, it is moved to the
forklift position through the roller conveyor line and transferred
to the warehouse by manual forklift or automatically docked into
the warehouse through roller conveyor to complete the entire
palletizing process.
3.Introduction to the workflow and principle of single-column
palletizer at the marshaling station:
1). The box/film package products loaded with products enter the
arrangement and combination station, and are equipped with a single
or two sets of manipulator arrangement systems according to the
speed requirements. They are automatically arranged by the
manipulator according to the pre-set layer arrangement mode of the
program, and enter the layer pre-forming station.
2). The whole layer of pre-formed products that meet the conditions
enter the layer forming area, and the layer forming state that
meets the palletizing requirements is completed through the sorting
mechanism.
3). The stacker separates the positive stack display boards one by
one and transports them to the palletizing station, waiting for
palletizing.
4). Push the whole layer of products into the rolling shutter clamp
through the translation mechanism, and the lifting and translation
of the single column drives the clamp to complete the palletizing
function. Repeat the above cycle action to complete the palletizing
requirements of the whole stack layer by layer.
5). The whole stack of products is transported to the forklift
position through the roller conveyor line, and the manual forklift
transfers the products to the warehouse, or the palletized products
are automatically connected and transported to the warehouse
through the roller line.

6.Main structure and function for single-column palletizer at the marshaling station:
The single-column palletizer of the marshalling station is mainly composed of acceleration separator, single/double-group manipulator marshalling,
layer preforming, layer forming, single column, roller shutter expediting, stacker and output roller line.
1). Acceleration separator
After the products pass through the acceleration separator, the speed difference is used to create a distance between the products, thus preparing for turning.
2).Single/double robot arrangement
Single/double robot arrangement is to arrange and adjust the products in the corresponding position according to the arrangement and stacking layer graphics by the robots.
3). Layer preforming and layer forming
After being arranged by a single/double group of robots, the correctly arranged products form a stack layer to complete the layer preforming. The whole layer enters the layer forming area, where the sorting device sorts and aligns the stack layer, and uses a single row of push rods to push it into the rolling clamp.
4). Single-column mechanism
The single-column mechanism consists of a single-column lifting
mechanism, a translation mechanism and a rolling shutter clamp.
When the products form a layer in a certain order, they are pushed
into the rolling shutter clamp by the push rod. The lifting device
and the translation device lift the clamp with the whole layer of
products from the waiting position to the stacking position, open
the rolling shutter, and the products are placed steadily on the
pallet (or the previous layer). The suction partition device can be
loaded as needed. When the whole layer of products arrives at the
stacking station, the pre-absorbed partition is placed on the top
of the product by the lifting and lowering swing arm device and
then evacuated, and then the next layer of products is stacked.
5). Automatic pallet supply part
① Pallet supply device
The pallet warehouse can stack 10 empty pallets and supply pallets
to the stacking device regularly according to the program
requirements. Power is provided by a separate motor.
② Pallet output device
When a pallet reaches the number of stacking layers, a signal is
issued to automatically output the actual pallet to the stacking
position. The actual pallet is transported to the designated
position by a roller conveyor belt (or connected to an automatic
winding machine).
