LWB explosion-proof vertical sewage pump is a sewage pump equipped with an explosion-proof motor, which is
produced based on our company's original LW vertical sewage pump
and according to the customer's application requirements.
1. This sewage pump is a single-suction volute pump. It is equipped
with a non-clogging and anti-winding single (double) large-channel
impeller with good
passing capacity. The large-channel anti-clogging hydraulic
component design greatly improves the dirt passing capacity, and
can effectively pass fibrous materials 5 times the pump diameter
and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump
diameter.
2. This series of pumps has two structural forms, one is that the
motor and the pump are directly coaxial, and the other is connected
by a coupling. The motor adopts a standard vertical motor. The pump
structure is reasonably designed, equipped with a YX series motor,
high efficiency, and energy saving*.
3. The mechanical seal adopts a double-end face series seal, made
of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, which is durable
and wear-resistant, and can make the pump run safely and
continuously for more than 8,000 hours.
4. The pump has a compact structure, small size, easy movement, and
simple installation.
5. The inlet and outlet installation methods of LWB explosion-proof
vertical sewage pump can be placed in 0, 90, 180, 270 according to
the customer's pipeline conditions, which is convenient for
pipeline connection and can be flexibly arranged according to site
requirements.
6. The inlet and outlet diameters of LWB explosion-proof vertical
sewage pump are the same, and the diameters can be DN25-DN300
respectively.
7. LWB explosion-proof vertical sewage pump is usually made of cast
iron, and can also be customized with various grades of stainless
steel materials according to the medium requirements, such as:
201.304.316.316L or other special materials.

Conditions of use:
1. The medium temperature shall not exceed +40℃, intermittent use
(maximum 5 minutes) shall be +70℃, the density shall be
1.0~1.3kg/dm3, and the pH value shall be within the range of 5~9.
2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system,
the motor part shall not exceed 1/2 of the liquid surface.
3. In general, the pump must be used within the use head range to
ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it is required to be
used within the full head range, it should be specified separately
when ordering so that the manufacturer can manufacture it.
4. During operation, the motor current shall not exceed the rated
current of the motor.
