MIP Plastic Lined Fluorine Lined Slurry Pump
ZD/G type slurry pump is a horizontal, axial suction, single-stage,
single-suction, cantilever, single-shell centrifugal pump. This
type of pump combines the advantages of similar products at home
and abroad and innovates them in terms of hydraulic design,
structural design and materials of flow-passing parts. It has the
characteristics of new energy saving, anti-corrosion, anti-wear and
anti-corrosion, small vibration, low noise, reliable operation,
long service life, easy maintenance, etc. The overall performance
of the pump is excellent. This pump is mainly used in electric
power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries to
transport abrasive slurries containing solid particles. Such as
power plant ash and slag transportation, coal slurry
transportation, metallurgical mineral processing plant slurry
transportation, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy medium
transportation, etc. The weight concentration of the slurry allowed
to be transported: the maximum weight concentration of the
solid-liquid mixture: 45% mortar and 60% slurry.

ZD/G Type Slurry Pump Features
The pump head and bracket of the ZD/G series slurry pump are
connected by bolts. As needed, the water outlet position of the
pump can be rotated at eight different angles at 45° intervals for
installation and use, creating favorable conditions for the user's
on-site pipeline needs and multi-level connections.
The bracket of the ZD/G series slurry pump is equipped with an
adjusting bolt. By twisting the adjusting bolt mounted on the
bracket, the axial displacement of the bearing box is driven to
adjust the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate,
ensuring that the pump is always in operation. Run more
efficiently.
The design of the flow-passing parts of the ZD/G series slurry
pumps has been improved to fully ensure the interchangeability of
later spare parts.
The bearing position of the ZD/G series slurry pump is designed
with a temperature measuring device to facilitate data collection
for the user's on-site DCS control system.
