KCB, 2CY type gear oil pump
KCB, 2CY type gear pump is equipped with a pair of rotary gears in
the pump body, relying on the mutual meshing of the two gears, the
entire working chamber in the pump is divided into two independent
parts. When the pump is running, the active gear drives the passive
gear to rotate, and when the gear is out of mesh, a local vacuum is
formed on the suction side, and the liquid is sucked. The inhaled
liquid fills each tooth valley of the gear and is brought to the
discharge side, and the liquid is squeezed out of the pump when the
gear enters the mesh.
● Suitable for conveying a variety of lubricating liquids, the
temperature is not higher than 70℃, if the need for high
temperature 200℃, contact with the unit can be equipped with high
temperature resistant materials, viscosity of 5×10-5 ~
1.5×10-3m2/s.
● Not suitable for conveying corrosive, containing hard particles or fibers, highly volatile or low flash point liquids, such as gasoline, stupid, etc.
It is composed of parts such as pump body, gear, front and rear
pump cover, safety valve, bearing and sealing device.
1. Pump body.
The front and back covers and other parts are gray cast iron, and
the gear is made of high-quality carbon steel. Can also be made of
copper or stainless steel according to user needs.
2. Safety valve.
2CY type gear oil pump itself does not have safety valve, the user
needs to install safety valve in the pipeline system. KCB, 2CY type
gear oil pump is equipped with safety valve above the rear pump
cover or pump body, when the pump or discharge pipe fails or
When the discharge valve is completely closed and the high pressure
and high pressure shock are generated, the safety valve will
automatically open and remove part or all of the high pressure
liquid back
To the suction cavity, so as to play a safety protection role for
the pump and pipeline.
3. Bearing.
2CY gear oil pump all use DU bearings; Tin bronze bearing can be
used according to user requirements. &0818.3-83.3, 2CY1.1 gear
type oil pump using DU bearing; Tin bronze bearing can be used
according to user requirements.
KCB133-960, 2CY8-60 gear type oil pump adopts DU bearing, tin
bronze bearing and rolling bearing three structures, need to be
indicated when ordering. Those not specified when ordering are
supplied according to DU bearing structure.
The bearing is a built-in type, relying on the transport medium for
lubrication; 011 bearings and tin bronze bearings can work in
non-lubricating media.
4. Shaft seal.
The shaft end seal of this series of products has three structures:
skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal and packing seal.
a. Skeleton oil seal: skeleton oil seal is characterized by easy
maintenance and replacement, low cost, but short life. Ding Qing
rubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for 1001: the following
working environment; Fluororubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for
working environment below 200℃.
b.1 Mechanical seal: Mechanical seal is characterized by reliable
sealing, long life and high cost. The matrix of the mechanical seal
is made of stainless steel, and the dynamic and static
circumferential media are different, respectively, made of YG8
carbide or YG8-graphite, and the use temperature is below 200℃.
c. Packing seal: Packing seal is only used for high temperature oil
pump, which is characterized by high temperature resistance and a
small amount of leakage. During use, it is necessary to adjust
frequently according to the leakage situation, and the use
temperature is below 250℃.
The type of sealing structure required by the user should be
indicated when ordering. Where the order is not indicated, the
supply is according to Ding Qing rubber skeleton oil seal
structure.
5. Type of inlet and outlet:
The inlet and outlet of the 2CY gear oil pump are British pipe
threads (G) corresponding to the diameter, which are directly made
on the pump body.
KCB18.3-200, 2CY1.1-12 gear type oil pump is equipped with waist
flange with pipe thread opening; Other pumps are not equipped with
flanges, when the user needs to be equipped with flanges, should be
indicated in the order.
6, the pump and the motor are connected with an elastic coupling
and installed on the public chassis.
