Working Principle
In the two symmetrical working chambers of the pump, each is
equipped with an elastic diaphragm, and the connecting rod
integrates the two diaphragms. After the compressed air enters the
center body from the inlet joint of the pump, it pushes the
diaphragms in the two working chambers and drives the diaphragms
connected by the connecting rod to move synchronously. At the same
time, the gas in the other working chamber is discharged from the
pump through the back of its diaphragm. When the piston reaches the
end of its stroke, the valve automatically directs compressed air
into the other chamber, pushing the pump in the opposite direction,
thus creating a synchronous reciprocating motion between the two
diaphragms. Each working chamber is provided with two one-way ball
valves, the reciprocating movement of the diaphragms causes the
volume of the working chamber to change, forcing two one-way ball
valves alternately open and close, so that the liquid is
continuously sucked in and discharged.

head isup to 84 m, outlet pressure ≤ 0.84 Mpa;
5. Low shear rate. Max. permitted grain diameter is 6.4 mm. There
is little wear when pumping material containing particles;
6. Head and flow rate can be adjusted by air source pressure (air
source pressure is between 0.1-0.84 Mpa);
7. Operating temperature range: 5-65ºC, liquid temperature range:(-
20ºC-150ºC);
8. Structural explosion-proof, safe and reliable in flammable and
explosive places;
9. Easy to use, reliable operation, start and stop only need to
simply open and close the gas valve, even idling or outlet
blockage, the pump will not be damaged. Once overloading, the pump
will stop automatically, with self-protection performance, and when
the load is restored to normal, it can start the operation
automatically;
10. Simple structure, less vulnerable parts, easy to install and
maintain. The material transferred by pump will not touch the
moving parts such as the air distribution valve and connecting rod,
unlike other types of pump performance will gradually decline due
to the wear of rotor, piston, gear, blade and other parts;
11. It can transfer viscous liquid (The viscosity is less than
10000 cps).
