DY-M583 gasket maker sealant adhesive with blister card package
Makes almost any gasket instantly resists cracking and shrinking
durable yet flexible when dry resists oil, water and anti-freeze.
APPLICATIONS
High temperature silicone sealant are to introduce advanced
technology into the preparation of noodles. Sealed, high strength,
high temperature effect is good. Can replace a variety of rubber
pads, asbestos mat, cork pad and paper pad, can effectively prevent
water, oil, gas leakage, has a good leak-proof sealing effect,
apply to automobiles, motorcycles, marine engines, gear boxes, fuel
tank. Construction machinery, chemical equipment, pipeline pumps,
instrumentation, electronics industry, electrical and other
machinery equipment, flat flanges, pipe oints, sealing cover
joints. Proper temperature : -60C to 320C.

APPLICATION METHOD
(1). The first cleaning of sticky surface of the oil, gaskets.
(2). With cap piercing nozzle, will gel evenly coated from the outer edge to inner edge at about 1.6-3.2 mm thick, sealed a good
degree.
(3). Glue in about 10-20 mintues, until the reaction of the surface film, it will be two quasi-fitting seal face pressure to
tighten.
(4). At room temperature 25C placed under 10 hours or 24 hours after use, particularly good sealing effect.
(5). Cover the cap after use, in case of the rest of glue solid. Operation exhausted wash your hands with water, and clean tools.
