When the spray gun is spraying the workpiece, the paint sprayed by
the spray gun can not all be adsorbed by the workpiece, so a lot of
paint fog harmful to human body is produced.
These paint mist will be pumped with the exhaust fan behind the
water tank after spraying, and each spray booth is equipped with an
advanced paint fog capture system, which is mainly composed of
water curtain plate, circulating sink, water supply system and
spray washing system. The water curtain plate is facing the
operating surface and is made of 1.2mm thick stainless steel plate.
When the water flows on its surface, it does not break the flow,
does not impact, and maintains a 2-3mm thick water film. Most of
the spray paint mist and the water runoff on the surface of the
curtain plate are fully mixed and fall into the circulation tank.
The circulating tank is an above-ground tank made of 2mm thick cold
plate or sus stainless steel. In order to keep the circulating
water clean, the circulating water tank is provided with a certain
amount of overflow, and the water flow direction in it can ensure
that the captured paint mist is concentrated on the operating
surface, which is easy to scoop up and handle. A filter is
installed before the inlet of the circulating water pump. The water
supply system consists of circulating pumps, valves, pipelines and
overflow tanks. The circulating water pump pumped water from the
circulating tank and pressurized into the water curtain overflow
trough through the pipeline, and the water overflowed, forming a
stable liquid flow on the surface of the water curtain. The valve
is adjusted to control excess water from the bypass directly into
the circulation tank, resulting in a steady flow of liquid on all
surfaces of the curtain plate.
The spray washing system is located behind the curtain plate. It is
divided into several groups, and each group consists of a row of
nozzles. Not all incoming spray paint mist can be mixed with water
on the surface of the curtain plate to be captured and fall into
the circulation tank. The spray water washing system is the exhaust
channel of the paint room, and the high-pressure water mist emitted
by the nozzle can completely cover the whole section of the air
collector, and further capture the over-painted mist, which is
mixed with water and falls into the circulation tank. The capture
rate of over-painted mist is as high as 90%.
The exhaust system of water curtain spray booth is mainly composed
of baffle type steam separator, exhaust fan and several exhaust
pipes. It belongs to large air volume and low concentration
emission. The steam separator is located behind the water curtain
plate and has a labyrinth structure, which can effectively separate
and condense the water mist contained in the air and return it to
the circulation tank to prevent water loss. The filtration system
is all designed to be convenient and detachable for daily cleaning
and maintenance.
The exhaust fan is placed on a steel support platform outside the
operating room. A shock absorber is installed between the fan and
the support, the air volume adjustment valve and a soft connection
are arranged at the front of the fan inlet, and the "A" type
connection transmission is provided between the motor and the fan.
The air in the operating room can be extracted through the gap in
the lower part of the water curtain, the spray type air collector
and the steam separator exhaust fan. The air volume of the exhaust
fan matches the air supply of the air supply system, so that a
small positive pressure is formed in the operating room, and a
stable air flow is formed on the painting operating surface. In
order to ensure the uniformity of the painting on the surface of
the workpiece, two sets of adjustable speed belt friction rotation
devices are provided in the painting room, and the positive and
reverse rotation speeds are :90~120rpm. The rear is equipped with a
pressure supply chamber. The static pressure air supply room is
provided with an air leveling layer and a patio screen. The clean
air sent by the fresh air supply system is relatively stable and
evenly pressed to the operation room after the pressure balancing
chamber and then through the non-woven air leveling layer. The wind
speed of the section of the operation area is designed according to
0.8m/s, and the total air supply volume is ≥19500m3/Hr. The air
leveling chamber is made of 1.5mm high-quality galvanized steel
plate.
Water curtain paint fog capture system: composed of stainless steel
water curtain plate, water washing spray and water blocking louver.
Water supply system: composed of circulating pump, valve, water
curtain overflow trough and pipeline.
Exhaust system: centrifugal exhaust fan, air volume regulating
valve, air pipe and fan fixed shock absorber frame.
