1. Composition of pre-processing equipment

pretreatment process greatly reduces the output of waste water. The
design of waste gas treatment equipment is based on the early stage
of checking the local environmental assessment and safety, and the
cyclone tower device is used to treat and discharge.
2, painting equipment composition
The spray painting room adopts a water-spinning structure, which is
composed of chamber body, air supply system, paint mist treatment
device at the bottom, air exhaust system, water circulation system,
etc., and paint supply system. Under the action of the blower, a
certain negative wind speed (wind speed between 0.3 and 0.7m/s) is
formed in the room, from top to bottom, along the water curtain
plate to the water, where the waste gas treatment is also in the
