Functions
As the initial step of nonwoven machinery, the bale opener serves the following functions:
- Preliminarily opening and loosening the fibers from compacted package
- Available for opening various fibers and setting input quantity
- Using a combination of several units to set the mixing proportion of different raw material fibers.
Features
- The feeding amount is controlled by photoelectric sensing, and the speed of the spiked lattice is controlled by frequency conversion.
- The frame is made of Q235-A steel cut by CNC laser, with good load-bearing capacity and stable structure.
- The weighing hopper adopts high-sensitivity weighing sensors, with a deviation limited to within +/-3%.
- Dust-proof brushes are installed at both ends of the drum to prevent fiber blockage, facilitating cleaning work.
- Automatic door covers above the hopper reduce air flow and noise impact.
- The even/stripe/spiked lattice clearance are adjustable for flexible settings.
