Kamach Wedge wire screen tubes, also called Johnson screen tubes,
are versatile components used as screen cylinders or resin traps.
They consist of surface and support profiles, with wedge wire
welded onto support rods. The wedge wire, triangular in shape, can
be paired with support rods like triangle wire, wedge wire, round
bar, or rectangular bar. Johnson screens, also known as water well
screens, use advanced all-weld technology, encircling internal
support rods with V or wedge-shaped wires through fusion welding,
ensuring a strong structure and excellent mechanical performance.
The V-shaped wire creates continuous slots around support rods,
allowing water (or oil) to enter freely while preventing sand and
gravel intrusion. These slots can be adjusted based on different
geological conditions.
We can customize designs based on your specific requirements for
wire wrapped screens, allowing water to flow from inside out or
outside in.
