Ingredients:

Cooking Steps:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Thaw the beef slices, wash and slice the vegetables, and soak the vermicelli until soft.

  2. Fry Seasonings: Heat oil in a pot, and then add minced garlic, ginger slices, and dried chili peppers to stir-fry until aromatic.
