For compressed air installation, water is the biggest problem.
YUKA's air-water separator can solve this problem simply and
efficiently.
Our characteristic is to install the gas-water filter separator in
the rear cooler, the gas storage tank and the downstream of the
freeze dryer, as well as the key point of the pipeline engineering
installation. YUKA's air-water separator is designed to filter out
up to 99% of the moisture in the compressed air, and the
maintenance cost is very low.
Our air-water separator uses the effect of centrifugal motion to
force liquid water to be separated from compressed air. The
rotation causes the condensed water to adhere to the wall of the
gas-water separator. When the condensate has enough weight, it will
fall to the bottom of the gas-water separator and be stored until
it is discharged from the system by the Automatic Drain Valve.
The gas-water separator has an aluminum housing and a polypropylene
mechanism. They can withstand operating pressures up to 10 bar g.

The Water Separator Filter is compact and beautiful in appearance, durable, and the pressure loss is negligible. And there is an imported Automatic Drain valve inside, no need to replace components. It is not only an ideal component for screw compressors, but also an indispensable water removal device for general air compressor post-processing.
Removal of water in compressed air is the primary task of compressed air purification. The water entrained in compressed air will corrode pipelines, valves, instruments and equipment, resulting in increased production costs.
