1. Integrated design saves installation space

An integrated Air dryer is connected in parallel with a gas-water separator, a high-efficiency precision filter, and a cold dryer. Three gas purification devices are especially suitable for workshops with limited space.

It can significantly reduce the footprint of the equipment, save installation costs, and increase installation speed. At the same time, the integrated design can effectively improve air pressure stability, reduce pressure loss, and significantly improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.

2. Stable operation and cope with complex working conditions

The integrated cold dryer has the ability to operate stably in low temperature environments. The working pressure range is extended to 0.5-1.6MPa, which can meet the stringent requirements of different industries such as industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and precision electronics for pressure parameters.

During normal operation, the pressure dew point fluctuation range is extremely small. The original antifreeze protection mechanism cleverly solves the problem of ice blockage in low temperature environments and ensures continuous and trouble-free operation of the equipment.

The integrated Air dryer integrates three high-efficiency precision filters independently developed by our company, which can accurately filter out dust particles, water mist and oil mist with a particle size greater than 0.01μm, and its oil vapor residual is strictly controlled to a maximum of no more than 0.003mg/m³. In actual application scenarios, all performances meet the air quality standards specified by the international ISO8573.

In addition, the YUKA integrated Air dryer performs well in pressure dew point control, and the pressure dew point remains stable. This feature ensures that the compressed air can maintain a constant and high-quality dryness under different working conditions, providing a reliable and stable air source guarantee for subsequent production processes, and effectively avoiding equipment failures and product quality problems that may be caused by pressure dew point fluctuations.
