Description
This series of multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers adopts a four-in-one technical architecture of mechanical-hydraulic-electrical control-intelligent control, integrating the modular design concept of the German Industry 4.0 standard. Its core advantage is reflected in the synergy of the innovative multi-cylinder hydraulic system and the lamination crushing principle, which can achieve efficient fine crushing of medium and high hardness ores. Product Advantage
1. Fixed-axis heavy-duty structure design (VS peer cantilever
spindle structure)
Adopting a fully constrained fixed-axis topology architecture, the
spindle and the frame form a statically determinate support system.
Compared with the traditional cantilever spindle structure, the
axial stiffness is increased by 45%, and the dynamic load bearing
capacity reaches 3200kN/m² (the industry average is 2400kN/m²).
Combined with the high-strength alloy steel casting matrix
optimized by finite element topology, the volume is reduced by 18%,
and the fatigue life of the whole machine exceeds 30,000 hours
(benchmarked against 28,000 hours for international brands). The
standard floating anti-seismic base reduces the foundation cost by
37% compared with the traditional rigid installation, and meets the
ASME B5.54 anti-seismic standard.
2. Laminated crushing dynamics optimization (VS single particle
crushing mode)
The four-dimensional crushing cavity is constructed based on EDEM
discrete element simulation, and the directional energy transfer is
achieved through particle flow field reorganization technology.
Actual working data show that the proportion of 3-25mm intermediate
particles in the finished granite crushing products is 78% (the
industry average is 65%), and the needle-like rate is stable below
6.8% (the industry standard is ≤15%). With the multi-objective
optimization algorithm, the unit steel consumption of the liner is
reduced to 0.18kg/t (0.25-0.35kg/t for similar equipment), which is
particularly suitable for the aggregate grading control scenario of
commercial concrete stations.
3. Modular installation platform (VS traditional concrete
foundation)
The elastic installation system developed based on the VDI 2230
standard contains patented damping pads (damping ratio ξ≥0.15) and
quick positioning pins (repeat positioning accuracy ±0.5mm). The
on-site installation period is shortened to 3 working days (7-10
days for traditional methods), and the foundation bearing
requirement is reduced to 150kPa (the industry standard is 250kPa).
It has been successfully applied to Southeast Asian island
reclamation projects (100% installation qualification rate in areas
with complex sea conditions)
