Product Description
This system mainly includes:
1,Power Conversion System (PCS): One 100kW off-grid and
grid-connected bidirectional energy storage converter is connected
to the grid at the 0.4KV AC bus to achieve bidirectional energy
flow.
2,Lithium iron phosphate battery: Using 3.2V/280Ah cells, 1P52S
modules are assembled into a battery cluster with 260 strings and
832V. The total battery capacity is approximately 232kWh.
3,Energy Management System (EMS) & Battery Management System
(BMS): According to the superior dispatching instructions, it
completes functions such as charging and discharging control of the
energy storage system and monitoring of the State of Charge (SOC)
information of the battery.
4,Temperature control system: One 8kW water-cooled air conditioner
is selected for thermal management of the battery system and the
PCS.
Fire protection system: Pack-level fire protection is applied, and
perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing agent is selected.
System Features:
1,This energy storage cabinet is a 232kWh - level system. It uses
liquid - cooled lithium iron phosphate battery packs. The system is
equipped with a two - layer Battery Management System (BMS) and a
fully digital LCD display terminal, enabling easy on - site viewing
and management.
2,This energy storage cabinet is configured with a 100kW liquid -
cooled energy storage converter. It has a wide voltage input range
and is equipped with functions such as grid voltage regulation,
three - phase unbalance management, and harmonic management.
3,This energy storage cabinet is designed in the form of an outdoor
cabinet with an IP54 protection level. It features a highly
integrated design, with auxiliary components such as a liquid -
cooling system, lighting, power distribution, fire protection, and
environmental event handling integrated inside the cabinet.
4,This energy storage system adopts a multi - cold - source liquid
- cooling system. When the ambient temperature is below 5°C, the
natural cold source can be activated. In the natural cold - source
state, the overall system energy conversion rate can be increased
by more than 2%.
