The common features of halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant tapes include high temperature resistance, flame resistance, halogen-free, less smoke, light specific gravity, and high tensile strength. Stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance; excellent environmental performance, does not contain toxic and harmful components, and does not produce toxic gases at high temperatures. When burned by fire, it decomposes into metal compounds and crystal water, plays a certain role in adsorbing and settling smoke, and has a good heat absorption effect.

It can be widely used in halogen-free and low-smoke, fire insulation (oxygen), flame-retardant cables, mining cables, etc. Class B1 cables are recommended for use only.

The product is made of glass fiber cloth as reinforcement, magnesium hydroxide as flame retardant, impregnated with suitable flame retardant glue and dried in an oven.
