Due to the inherent hysteresis phenomenon of ferromagnetic materials, residual magnetism will remain in the iron core after performing operations such as voltage ratio and DC resistance measurements on the power transformer. Due to the existence of residual magnetism, when the transformer is put into operation, the residual magnetism of the iron core will saturate the transformer core for half a cycle, generating a large number of harmonics in the excitation current. This not only increases the reactive power consumption of the transformer, but may also cause the relay protector to malfunction. , causing certain economic losses. Therefore, we must perform degaussing work before the transformer is put into operation to ensure the safe and normal operation of the transformer.
This power transformer transformer degaussing instrument XHXC105 adds an automatic degaussing mode based on the original series of products, so users do not have to repeat operations. The size of the LCD module is increased to display richer information. Two-button operation: red for selection and reset, green for confirmation and start, making operation more convenient. The degaussing time of the product has been increased from the original 30 minutes to less than 4 minutes.
