XHZ1010/S Multifunctional 10A DC Resistance Tester for Customization and Transformers
Transformer DC resistance is a must-test item for semi-finished
products, finished products factory test, installation, overhaul,
change of tap changer, handover test and preventive test of power
sector in transformer manufacturing. It can check the welding
quality of the winding joint and whether the winding is
short-circuited between turns. It can check whether the contact of
each position of the voltage tap changer is good, whether the
actual position of the tap changer is consistent with the indicated
position, whether the lead wire is broken, and the multi-strand
wires are wound in parallel. Whether there is a stock break, etc.
In order to meet the needs of fast measurement of transformer DC
resistance, the XHZ1010 transformer DC resistance tester developed
by our company. The instrument adopts a new power supply
technology, which has the characteristics of small size, light
weight, large output current, good repeatability, strong
anti-interference ability and perfect protection function. The
whole machine is controlled by a high-speed single-chip
microcomputer, with a high degree of automation, and has the
functions of automatic discharge and discharge alarm. The
instrument has high test accuracy and simple operation, and can
realize fast measurement of transformer direct resistance.

8. The instrument comes with a perpetual calendar clock and

9. The instrument has Bluetooth communication, RS232 communication
and USB interface for computer communication and U disk data
storage.
