print cylinder precision. Drive components utilize tungsten-carbide
treated alloy steel gears, precision-ground and heat-treated to
Rockwell 58-62 hardness specifications.
- The modular anilox assembly features interchangeable rubber-blade
scraper units for adaptive mechanical configurations. Printing
operations are governed by PLC-automated plate cylinder positioning
and proprietary micro-pressure control (0.1mm precision) for the
impression roller.
- Slotting section employs ball-screw adjusted preload wheels paired

differential compensation systems. All transport rollers utilize
