Socket End
Generally, the weld end of valve is socket-shaped (female), and the tube is inserted and welded here. The dimensions of valve apply to small sizes smaller than 2 in.
Cast iron has a long history that dates back hundreds of years and is mainly
employed for low-pressure, low-temperature applications. All INOVI
Cast iron valves are manufactured in our specialized plant under
our strict quality control system. INOVI cast iron valves are
commonly used for a wide range of applications, including
air-conditioning and plumbing in buildings, fire fighting
equipment, water and sewer lines and utility systems in various
industrial plants.
Ductile iron has much stronger mechanical properties than ordinary
cast steel. Ductile valves also have a wide range of operating
pressures and temperatures, and are more economical than stainless
steel valves. In response to market demands, IVOVI group have a
lineup of bellows seal valves, and the standardized ductile valves
used in water, air, gas, oil, and other applications.
Ductile valves are valve made of free-carbon spheroidized ductile
iron (FCD-S) called graphite in the metallographic structure.
Ductile iron has stronger mechanical properties than ordinary cast
iron. Ductile cast iron (FCD-S) is used for INOVI’s ductile valve,
and the graphite spheroidizing in the structure is different from
that of malleable cast iron. Ductile cast iron is more suitable for
valve in mechanical properties than maleable cast iron. Ductile
valve is widely used in industrial applications such as steam,
gases, oils and water.
INOVI Supply a wide range of valves are used in the construction of office buildings, hotels, public facilites, homes and other facilities among many of the consttruction facilities, including air conditioning equipment, heat exchange piping for heat source equipment, hot water supply equipment With our integrated piping systems, supported by our unique digital design service, you always get the best and most efficient solution for installing an integrated piping system. From the moment your plan is drawn up on the digital drawing board, we provide advice on our complete and tailor-made solutions.
It has a relatively low melting point of 1150℃, and is used in
valve for low pressure and room temperature.
INOVI cast iron valve is manufactured at a dedicated plant from
foundry to thorough quality-control.
Cast iron valve is used in a wide range of fields, including air
conditioning, water supply and drainage of building facilities,
fire extinguishing systems, water supply and sewerage systems, and
ancillary facilities of various plants.
Cast iron lining is made by lining internal and external surfaces
of valve made of cast iron with nylon or epoxy.
INOVI cast iron linings have been subjected to extreme caution,
from the subsurface treatment of cast iron to lining treatment,
inspection, and shipping, in order to demonstrate the resin’s
superior corrosion resistance.
It is used in various tap water and seawater lines.

Welcome to the Basic Knowledge of Valves site. Some of you may be
less familiar with “valve.” “However, “”valve”” firmly supports
your everyday lives in the shade.”
The origin of ” valve ” can be traced back to the wooden cock
excavated from the ancient Egyptian ruins around 1000 BC. In the
ancient Roman period, a water pipe was laid in the aristocracy’s
house, and a bronze cock was attached to the outlet. In this way,
metallic valve has been in practical use for more than 2000 years.
Today, valve is used in a variety of activities to protect the
global environment. These include kitchens, bathrooms, washrooms,
air-conditioning equipment in office buildings, various facilities
in manufacturing plants, vehicles such as automobiles and trains,
and power stations and incinerators.
We would like you to know, pay attention to, and be familiar with
valve, which has a long history and is active in a wide range of
fields, from home to business.
