1X64 PLC Splitter With ABS Module Input Of Output 2.0mm LSZH Black With SC APC Fiber Connectors
The PLC splitter is a device based on planar lightwave circuit technology, primarily used to distribute input optical signals to multiple output ports, facilitating efficient connectivity in fiber optic communication systems. This type of splitter employs integrated waveguide microstructures, utilizing the principles of optical interference and coupling to achieve uniform distribution of light signals, ensuring that each output port receives a relatively equal amount of optical power. Typically constructed from high-quality silicon or quartz materials, PLC splitters feature a compact design that supports various configurations, such as 1×2, 1×4, and 1×8, making them adaptable to different application requirements.

FAQ
Q1: Is this splitter rugidized? Can it be placed in an outdoor PON
cabinet and tolerate temperatures below -20 degrees Fahrenheit and
up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit?
A: Hi, for the splitter you mentioned, its operating temperature is
-40~85°C, which can meet your requirement -- temperatures below -20
degrees Fahrenheit and up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit (about -30℃ ~
38℃). But this splitter is designed for indoor application, I don't
advise you to use it outdoor.
Q2: What is splitter loss?
A: PLC splitters will cause a loss of optical power. This product
is with ≤7.1dB low insertion loss and ≤0.2dB low polarization
dependent loss.
Q3: What is its Directivity value?
A: Its Directivity value is more than 55dB.
Q4: What is your MOQ of your products?
A: We only have MOQ for some special customized cable order, we
request 1km as the total length of the bulk cable, you may consider
stock the bulk cable with us for your urgent order production.
Q5: Are free samples available from you?
A: Yes, we are always happy to offer the free samples for all of
our customers' projects provided that the total cost is under 50 US
dollars.
Q6: Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
A: Absolutely yes, we have been doing OEM services since we start
in this business, and for every single label, printing, bag and
carton design, we always treat it seriously and do it nicely. Our
engineers can help you with your current design and even can open
the new tooling for your specific project.
